Everyday I get inquiries: "Is this lot buildable?", "I am looking to build on such & such lot" and so on and so forth. I write listings that are to the point.. In the San Bernardino Mountains it is very rare that you will ever find a parcel at this price that has the things you would want to be able to build. This parcel has no water, no sewer, no power, no gas and no real access to-boot! Given it's SFR zoning you also CANNOT camp. That would be a code violation. Some people don't care and camp anyways. That's their problem. So what can you do with it? Be imaginative, good spot to geo-cash something, maybe a spot for a little outdoor yoga or maybe, just maybe someday development will make it's way to this corner of Cedarpines Park.
